实验室简介

天府锦城实验室是经四川省委省政府批准,由成都高新区与四川大学合作共建的新型研发事业单位,聚焦恶性肿瘤、心脑血管与代谢性疾病、神经系统疾病,深入开展疾病机制解析、创新药物研发及精准诊疗研究。实现“0-1”的原始创新和“1-10”的创新转化,力争打造医疗健康领域的国家战略科技力量。

招聘方向

1. 恶性肿瘤的精准诊疗

围绕肿瘤“准筛、精诊、优治”的理念,聚焦肿瘤免疫、氧化应激、表观遗传、肿瘤代谢等方向开展应用基础研究,形成覆盖“防、筛、诊、治、康”的精准医学研究与转化体系,推动一批具有新机理、新靶点的创新药物进入临床。招聘具有肿瘤免疫、表观遗传、肿瘤代谢、氧化应激等研究背景的优秀人才。

2. 心脑血管与代谢性疾病研究

围绕心脑血管疾病与代谢性疾病的发病机理,聚焦代谢紊乱、免疫失衡与器官间通讯等方向,整合临床大数据、人工智能计算,筛选关键药物靶点,推动从基础发现到精准诊疗的转化创新,为早期预警和个体化治疗提供新策略。招聘具有心脑血管疾病,糖尿病、肥胖等代谢性疾病研究背景的优秀人才。

3. 神经系统疾病研究

聚焦神经退行性疾病与精神疾病的智能诊疗、机制解析及应用转化,重点关注神经再生、神经免疫、抑郁症与情感障碍、人工智能与多模态诊疗等前沿交叉技术,系统开展从疾病机制解析,干预策略开发到临床转化应用的研究。招聘具有神经科学、心理卫生学、基础医学等学科背景的优秀人才。

4. 人工智能医学与生物医学工程

利用深度学习、自然语言处理、脑机接口等前沿方法,探索“AI+新医工”在疾病预测、药物筛选、诊疗设备中的应用,开展“AI for Science”的交叉学科研究。招聘拥有计算机科学、医学人工智能、运筹优化、统计学、应用数学、生物医学工程等相关专业领域背景的优秀人才。

申请条件

1. 取得生物学、医学、药学、化学、计算机科学等相关专业博士学位:博士后岗位年龄不超过35岁,青年科学家(Research Scientist)岗位年龄不超过40岁;

2. 在国内外知名学术期刊发表过具有国际影响力的研究成果;

3. 具备熟练的中英文写作能力和良好的团队协作精神。

Global Recruitment of Postdoctoral Fellows and Research Scientists in Tianfu Jincheng Laboratory

About the Laboratory

Tianfu Jincheng Laboratory (JC-lab) is an innovative research institution jointly founded by Sichuan University and the Chengdu High-tech Zone, under the leadership of the Sichuan Provincial Government. The laboratory is dedicated to addressing major medical challenges, with a strategic focus on cancer biology, cardiovascular and metabolic disorders, and neurological diseases. The investigators in the JC-lab carry out fundamental research (“from 0 to 1”) in understanding the disease mechanisms, and technological development with clinical translations in drug discovery, and precision diagnosis and therapy (“from 1 to 10”). The lab is striving to become a leading institution in China and the world in medical science and biotechnology.

Research Areas

1. Cancer Biology

This research center aims to develop innovative strategies for accurate cancer screening, precise diagnosis, and treatment. Key research areas include tumor immunology, oxidative stress, epigenetics, and tumor metabolism. The overarching goal is to establish an integrated precision medicine framework encompassing prevention, early detection, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. We seek candidates with research experience and expertise in tumor immunology, epigenetics, cancer metabolism, and redox biology.

2. Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases

Scientists in this center investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, with particular emphasis on metabolic regulation, immune responses, and inter-organ communications. By integrating clinical big data and artificial intelligence, the program aims to identify novel therapeutic targets and accelerate the translation of fundamental discoveries into personalized medical solutions. We seek candidates with a solid research background in cardiovascular research, diabetes, obesity, or related metabolic disorders.

3. Neurological and Psychiatric Disorders

This research area focuses on diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative and psychiatric diseases, including neuronal regeneration, neuroimmune interactions, psychiatric disorders, such as depression and bipolar disorder, with cutting edge technologies including artificial intelligence and multimodal diagnosis. This group also engages in research from basic mechanistic studies to therapeutic development and clinical translation. We seek candidates with training in neuroscience, psychiatry, or fundamental biomedical sciences.

4. Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Biomedical Engineering

This area explores the convergence of artificial intelligence (AI) and biomedical engineering. Research directions include deep learning, natural language processing, brain–computer interfaces, and their applications in disease prediction, drug discovery, and the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic devices. With the goal of “AI for Science,” we are recruiting highly motivated PhD-level researchers with backgrounds in computer science, medical AI, operations research, statistics, applied mathematics, or biomedical engineering.

Requirements

1. Ph.D. in biology, medicine, pharmacology, chemistry, computer science, or other related research fields. Age limit: Postdoctoral fellows under 35 years old and Research Scientists under 40 years old.

2. Publications in internationally recognized peer-reviewed scientific journals.

3. Proficiency in academic writing using both Chinese and English, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
